Hotels will endeavour to ensure rooms are ready at their standard group check in time, but this is not always possible. Should your room(s) not be ready, selected hotels offer a storage facility. You can leave your luggage there until the room is ready, however subject to some hotel policies there will be a luggage storage charge. Please note that the storage of luggage is at your own risk.
