The great Johnson (Samuel, not Martin) said ‘when a man is tired of London, you are tired of life’ – and how right he was.

The capital of England is a sprawling, twisting, bubbling concoction of cultures, styles, history and languages, all heaped together in one of the most defining cities in the world.

Whether it’s the magnificence of the historic architecture, the dazzle of the West End, a traditional pub for a pint of ‘Pride’ or shopping, exploring and eating, London has something for everyone.

It’s amazing what can be discovered simply turning a corner, finding a museum, stumbling across a place of interest. London is living history – and we are not tired of it yet!
