Weekend Match Report

The Grand Slam was on the line when England travelled to Cardiff for arguably the most ferocious rivalry in the tournament.

And not far behind them were scores of England fans, who descended on the Welsh capital hoping for another memorable experience. Our day return packages were sold out months in advance, while many fans were able to soak up the Cardiff atmosphere on longer weekend break packages.

With great shopping, packed bars and pubs, the historic Castle and Cardiff Bay to explore, there was plenty to do for all comers.

Unfortunately for England, they found Wales in inspired form and despite leading the contest at half-time, were eventually worn down by the Red Dragon who snatched victory in a pulsating finale.
