WHAT TO SEE

Tin Hau Temple
– This monument in Causeway Bay was built in the early 18th century by the Tai family; Hakkas from the Guangdong. The temple building still stands largely in its original form despite renovations and is still managed by the Tai family.

Victoria Park – Named after its statue of Queen Victoria, it is one of the main city parks on Hong Kong island (over 19 hectares), and host to major festivals such as the Lantern festival. It holds many different leisure facilities including tennis courts, a swimming pool complex, children’s playground and model boat pool as well as restaurant and fast food kiosks.
